Can I return or exchange my items?

Yes. We offer flexible policy windows from the date your package reached your shipping address (as marked on the carrier tracking record):

  • Refunds: Eligible within 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Exchanges: Eligible within 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Store Credit: Eligible up to 60 calendar days from delivery.

Requests submitted beyond these designated windows are automatically declined by our portal system. Without exception, refunds are issued strictly back to the original method of payment used at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is the optional Return & Exchange Coverage at checkout?

We offer an optional Return & Exchange Coverage toggle at checkout to protect your purchase against unexpected sizing or fit issues.

  • If you keep it activated: If your gear doesn't fit quite right, this coverage unlocks completely free return shipping. You can seamlessly process a size exchange (within 30 days), claim store credit (within 60 days), or receive a full refund (within 30 days) back to your original payment method without paying any extra restocking or return shipping fees.
  • If you opt out: You can easily toggle this coverage off before completing your order. If you opt out, you still have full access to our automated returns portal within our standard policy windows, but a standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your final settlement ($7 CAD restocking fee for Canada / $15 USD flat fee for USA).

Please note: This optional coverage applies strictly to items eligible under our standard return policy window; products explicitly tagged or marked as final sale are excluded from return coverage.

Which items are Final Sale and excluded from returns?

To maintain high hygiene and performance quality standards for our running community, certain items are completely excluded from our return policy. Our automated portal will instantly reject returns for:

  • Accessories: Socks, hats, headbands, compression sleeves, and water bottles.
  • Sale Items: Any product explicitly marked, discounted, or tagged as Final Sale.
What happens if my item has been worn, or has stains or odors?

Your return portal choices will route automatically based on the exact condition of your item:

  • Brand New Condition (Unworn & Flawless): Eligible for a Full Refund (30 days), Exchange (30 days), or Store Credit (60 days).
  • Lightly Worn Condition (Signs of wear, odors, or minor stains): Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit ONLY. You will be required to upload a clear photo of the item's current state inside the portal, which will be flagged for manual review by our care team. Items received in exceptionally poor or unwearable condition will not be accepted.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

If you received an incorrect item or your gear arrived defective, please select "Wrong Product" or "Damaged" inside the portal. You will be prompted to upload a photo of the issue, and our warehouse team will manually review and approve a complimentary correction order or return label right away.

What are the return shipping fees for my region?

We support automated return labels for Canada and the United States directly through our portal.

  • Canada: A pre-paid return label will be generated. Unless protected by our checkout coverage, a restocking fee of $7 CAD will be automatically deducted from your final settlement.
  • USA: A pre-paid return label is provided. Unless protected by our checkout coverage, a flat fee of $15 USD will be deducted at the time of your refund processing.
  • Other Countries (International): We do not accept automated international returns through our portal at this time. Return shipping costs and tracking management are fully the responsibility of the customer. How do returns work for Curbside Pick-Up orders?

Curbside pick-up orders do not qualify for mail-in return shipping labels. Customers must return or exchange items in person using the same method as originally picked up. For your convenience, curbside pickup returns adhere to our standard tier rules: 30 days for refunds and product exchanges, and up to 60 days for store credit issuances from the date your pick-up notification email was issued. Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Closed weekends and statutory holidays).

I bought my gear from a third-party store. Can I return it here?

Requests for returns and exchanges for items not purchased directly through our web store must be processed through the original retail shop, marketplace, or distributor where you bought it, subject to their respective policies.
