FAQ PRE-ORDER

Order information

Pre-order items are not fulfilled immediately. Estimated fulfillment dates are listed in each product description. Orders containing pre-order items and other PRAISE or main line products will ship together at the pre-order fulfillment date. To receive PRAISE items earlier, please place a separate order.

Orders are available for in-person pick up or delivery according to standard shipping policies*. Should you opt for in-person pick up, address and hours will be communicated to you via email once your order is ready. Your order number and e-receipt will be required at time of pick up.

Refunds and exchanges

Presale, custom, special collection, and cobranded items do not qualify for refunds or exchanges even if this may not show on the product page or at time of check out. All sales are final.

Sizing

Refer to product page sizing charts to fit best fit. If you have additional questions regarding sizing, or email us with your numerical jean size, top size worn in similar brands (specify brands), height, and bra size to receive closest suggested sizing.
