Can I return or exchange my items?

For eligible items, requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal within the following timeframes from the date your order is marked as delivered:

  • Refund: Within 30 days
  • Exchange: Within 30 days
  • Store Credit: Within 60 days

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Final Sale, special collection, accessories, and pre-order items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

What is the optional Return & Exchange Coverage at checkout?

At checkout, you can add Return & Exchange Coverage to your order.

If you purchase the coverage:

  • Free return shipping
  • Free exchanges within 30 days
  • Free refunds within 30 days
  • Free store credit requests within 60 days
  • Reduced restocking fee of $5

If you do not purchase the coverage

  • You can still use our Returns Portal within the standard return windows.
  • A return shipping fee will apply as estimated by our portal based on location and type of item, plus a restocking fee of $7 per return.

This coverage does not apply to Final Sale items.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the prompts. If your return requires manual review, our team will contact you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you'd like to make a change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@praiseendurance.com.

While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

Which items are Final Sale?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks
  • Hats
  • Headbands
  • Compression sleeves
  • Water bottles
  • Any item marked Final Sale at checkout
  • Pre-sale items
  • Special marathon collection
  • Custom Orders
  • Sales items
Can I return a worn item?

Items must be returned in new condition whenever possible.

Items showing signs of wear, odors, stains, or washing are not eligible for refunds, but may qualify for an exchange or store credit after review. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your original form of payment.

If required, you'll be asked to upload photos through our Returns Portal before approval. Items received in unacceptable condition will be declined.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, submit a request through our Returns Portal and select Damaged or Wrong Item.

You'll be asked to upload photos so our team can review your request. Once approved, we'll provide the appropriate solution at no cost.

How much does return shipping cost?
  • Canada:
    • Free with Return & Exchange Insurance Coverage
    • Otherwise anywhere from $3+ as well as a restocking fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • United States:
    • Free with Return & Exchange Coverage
    • Otherwise anywhere from $5+ as well as a restocking fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • International:
    • International returns are not available through our automated Returns Portal.
    • Please contact hello@praiseendurance.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my refund be processed?

Upon inspection, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on order volume and your financial institution.

What if my package is lost?

If you purchased Return & Exchange Coverage at checkout, your shipment is protected against lost packages. If you did not purchase coverage, PRAISE ENDURANCE is not responsible for packages lost in transit or marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

Can I exchange for a different product?

Follow our Returns Portal for instructions on exchanges. We will do our best to accommodate if the product is in stock.

What happens if my package is returned to PRAISE?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, a refused delivery, failure to claim the package, or for any other reason that results in a Return to Sender, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been received and processed, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method (or issued as store credit, if applicable).

If you still wish to receive your items, you're welcome to place a new order using the correct shipping information.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within the applicable return window
  • Be free from excessive wear, damage, stains, or odors
  • Not be marked as Final Sale
  • Include original tags where applicable
