What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Am I responsible for international duties, tariffs, and taxes?
Yes. All applicable customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer.
By law, we must declare the full value of your order on all international shipments and cannot alter customs declarations.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, a $20 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
What is the optional Return & Exchange Coverage at checkout?
Return & Exchange Coverage is an optional service you can add at checkout for added peace of mind.
With Return & Exchange Coverage:

- Store credit available within 60 days
- No package protection included
- Standard restocking fee of $7 CAD
International Returns:
International returns are not available through our automated Returns Portal. Please contact hello@praiseendurance.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Our warehouse begins processing orders quickly to ensure prompt shipment.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or combined once they have been placed.
Please carefully review your order and shipping information before completing checkout.
Does your packaging follow sustainable practices?
Yes.
We operate as a paperless business and ship our products using post-consumer recycled packaging whenever possible.
Your order confirmation email serves as your official receipt. Please retain it for your records and for any future communication with our Customer Care team.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
If your tracking has not updated after this period, or if your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll gladly investigate the shipment with the carrier on your behalf.
