PRAISE ENDURANCE is a Montréal-based running brand that breathes inclusivity, creativity, and passion.

We are currently hiring for a Seasonal Sales Associate position to support us through our upcoming wave of events, activations, and more. These moments take serious energy, and we are looking to grow our team with someone who brings that same energy and connection to every interaction. You will be on the front line of our community, sharing product knowledge, making people feel heard, and representing PRAISE authentically.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with customers in an informed and authentic manner.
• Support setup, sales, and teardown at events and trade shows.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand identity.
• Take initiative to solve problems in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Reflect PRAISE values at every touchpoint.

REQUIREMENTS

• Sales or customer service experience (event or retail experience is an asset).
• Comfortable talking to strangers and building connections around the running lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of running culture and/or interest in gear, sports, and movement.
• Ability to stay calm in high-traffic, high-energy environments.
• Organized, reliable, and a team player.
• Availability: Mandatory training session on September 29 or 30 (TBD), followed by several shifts between October 5 and 11 (October 9 to 11 mandatory).
• Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
