You love systems, you build processes before anyone asks you to, and you find deep satisfaction in knowing that everything is exactly where it should be. You'll own our customer service, ecommerce operations, and inventory — making sure nothing slips through the cracks as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Manage all inbound customer service — responding to emails and welcoming customers who visit our office
• Own inventory management on our website, keeping product listings, stock counts, and SKUs accurate and up to date at all times
• Handle ecommerce order logistics from placement through fulfillment
• Build and maintain internal systems, SOPs, and process documentation that scale with the business
• Keep operational data organized and use it to flag issues and improve efficiency
• Be the reliable backbone the rest of the team leans on

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional organizational skills — you are not just organized, you make other people more organized too
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking — this matters)
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar) strongly preferred
• Strong written communication in both English and French (bilingual required)
• Comfortable building processes from scratch in a startup environment with no playbook
• 2-5 years in operations, ecommerce coordination, logistics, or a similar role
• A love for structure, documentation, and getting things done correctly the first time
