BRAND LIAISON

Full-Time/Part-Time

 

About the Role

You don't just represent PRAISE ENDURANCE, you live it. You're the person at the track who everyone already knows. You talk about gear, training, and community the way others talk about the weather: constantly, naturally, and with genuine enthusiasm. You'll manage our custom orders, support wholesale relationships, and build the ambassador program that puts our brand in the right hands.

This role is for someone who is already embedded in the endurance world and wants to turn that passion into a career.

What You'll Do

  • Handle custom order requests from start to finish understanding what customers need and delivering it
  • Manage and grow relationships with wholesale partners and accounts
  • Build and nurture our ambassador program: identifying the right athletes, onboarding them, and keeping relationships strong
  • Represent PRAISE ENDURANCE at races, track meets, and community events
  • Be a genuine, credible voice for the brand in the endurance community online and in person
  • Collaborate with the team to make sure brand messaging stays consistent and authentic

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years experience in similar role
  • Deep roots in the endurance sports community: running, triathlon, cycling, or similar (this is non-negotiable)
  • Natural communicator who inspires
  • Experience in sales, account management, brand partnerships, or ambassador relations is a strong asset
  • Comfortable managing multiple relationships and custom requests simultaneously
  • Outgoing, personable, and genuinely passionate about the lifestyle the brand represents
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Able to attend selective weekend events with schedule flexibility in return
